We all need help, you can't see your own blind spots. - in my field 'the work' involves going in, into the dark parts that keep negative patterns coming back in our lives. And, going into the beautiful parts of ourselves and nourishing these parts. Then little by little you get to start living Big, not small in the darkness - But Big in the Light!
