Aloha,

It's been awhile since I have written.  I went on a traveling quest and have recently decided to stay put for the next 2 months in Boise, Idaho for obvious reasons.  I wanted to reach out and say hello, and share a few thoughts.  

I was recently unclear about a decision that was in front of me and I reached out to a fellow of mine.  She encouraged me to ask and look for very clear signs.  This is not something that is in my usual practice, but I was open.  I asked my link above for clear signs for my next step.  
 

The next morning I saw this sign outside
my door when I was walking to my car

I circled it (twice) to make it more visible - but there was a sign in the next door neighbor's window that said 'Aloha' -- In Boise, Idaho!  It felt ok for me to stay here for the next few months and 'shelter in place'

So, I'm in Boise.  I am working with clients online, if you have heard something inside saying - now is the time - I'd love to see what we can make happen together.

For now, I'd love to share with you a few things that have been bringing me joy during this time.

It's so important to keep our bodies healthy right now and keep moving!  Years ago I was a personal trainer, a pilates instructor and yoga instructor.  I have been dipping more and more into these skills in the past few weeks.  My passion when I was training people was to get them out of pain, inparticular back pain.  I watched my dad go through tremendous back pain when I was little and I vowed never to have back pain.. so far so good - but I LOVE helping people through this now that I have more skills.

I was thinking about making a few videos and posting them on YouTube to help anyone experiencing back pain right now - would you be interested?
