Taking care of our body is one piece of the puzzle that contributes to the enjoyment of our life. Vanessa specializes in alignment and posture, she combines her experience as a professional Pilates instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Personal Trainer. She is available for one-on-one Pilates reformer, mat, yoga and foundational movement. She has worked closely with physical therapists and is experienced working around injuries and other limitations.
Private Reformer/Movement Sessions
At the beginning of every session Vanessa checks in with her client to see where they are at physically and emotionally and tailors the workout appropriately.
